Established in August of 2001, TLL Human Resource Consulting, Inc. is headquartered in Totowa, New Jersey.  After completing 3 years of service as a contract recruiter for a variety of temporary placement agencies, Tarona Lee founded the company to provide high volume full life cycle recruiting services to medium and large sized corporate companies directly without a temporary agency acting as a middle man.  Immediately, our clients saved a substantial amount of money in consulting fees.  Once hired as a contract recruiter, often the clients would discover Tarona’s other strengths and increase her responsibilities which often included the coaching of internal staff members.   Soon Tarona earned a reputation as a trustworthy and professional human resource partner that consistently provides superior service at a substantial cost savings.

In 2006, our services were expanded to include Executive and Leadership Coaching, Professional Development Training and Keynote, Conference and Meeting Presentations.

In 2008, after taking a 2 week road trip across the United States providing pro-bono services to nonprofit organizations, Tarona expanded our services further to include Board Development.

Today, the company continues to build on our services to ensure that we provide each client with the tools required for their best performance.

Our Founder 

Tarona L. Lee is the President and CEO of TLL Human Resource Consulting, Inc., headquartered in Totowa, New Jersey.  Tarona started the company in 2001 and currently oversees all leadership and workforce initiatives.  Her responsibilities include the preparation and presentation of customized coaching, training, consulting, recruiting and organizational tools required to prepare all clients for their best professional and personal performance.

She is a proven human resources management leader and motivator with over fifteen years of extensive experience in staffing and recruitment.  Tarona successfully recruited and coached candidates of all levels for organizations such as LifeCell Corporation, HSBC, the United States Fund for UNICEF, Cline Davis and Mann, Inc, Resorts Condominiums International, Quest Diagnostics, PricewaterhouseCoopers and many more. 

As an Adjunct Instructor for Baruch College Continuing and Professional Studies in New York, NY, and William Paterson University’s Center for Continuing and Professional Education in Wayne, NJ, she provides instructions on a variety of business and human resource topics to students taking individual professional development courses or completing a human resource, non-profit or project management certification program.  

She is a dynamic and energetic speaker and is regularly chosen to speak at an assortment of events across the United States such as the Minnesota Social Service Association Conference in Minnesota, the 14th Annual National African American Student Leadership Conference in Mississippi, Three Rivers Youth in Pittsburgh and Pace University in New York.

As a Mediator for the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) Unit and the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Tarona was responsible for assisting both parties in coming to a win-win resolution.  And, as an Arbitrator for the ADR Unit, it is up to Tarona to make an unbiased determination of the best resolution for all parties involved in the dispute.  In each of these situations, she maintains her commitment to confidentiality and impartiality.

Tarona is committed to giving back to the community by improving student achievement, preparing individuals to enter the workforce and improving the overall wealth of the most valuable resources in the community – the people. 

Tarona holds a M.A. in Administration and Supervision, Educator/Trainer and a B.A. in Psychology from Montclair State University.
