Established in August of 2001, TLL Human Resource Consulting, Inc. is headquartered in Totowa, New Jersey. After completing 3 years of service as a contract recruiter for a variety of temporary placement agencies, Tarona Lee founded the company to provide high volume full life cycle recruiting services to medium and large sized corporate companies directly without a temporary agency acting as a middle man. Immediately, our clients saved a substantially in consulting fees.
After hiring Tarona as a contract recruiter, the clients would discover her other strengths and increase her responsibilities to include coaching and training of internal staff members. Soon Tarona earned a reputation as a trustworthy and professional human resource partner that consistently provides superior service at a substantial cost savings to the client.
In 2006, our services were expanded to include Executive and Leadership Coaching, Professional Development Training and Keynote, Conference and Meeting Presentations.
In 2008, after taking a 2 week road trip across the United States providing pro-bono services to nonprofit organizations, Tarona expanded our services further to include Board Development.
Today, the company continues to enhance our service offerings to ensure that we provide each client with the tools and resources required for their best performance.
